Consults with higher education institutions on financial aid operations, Title IV compliance, staff leadership, process improvement, and Oracle PeopleSoft functionality. Assignments may include interim financial aid leadership, verification and awarding, disbursement and reconciliation, reporting, system configuration, rules setup, testing, troubleshooting, staff training, and business process reviews. Work may be remote or hybrid and can be part-time or full-time.

Provides consulting support to higher education institutions on financial aid operations and Ellucian Colleague. Responsibilities may include interim leadership, Title IV processing, compliance, reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, system configuration, rules testing, troubleshooting, staff training, and documentation. Assignments may be remote or hybrid, part-time or full-time, and vary according to the consultant’s expertise and institutional needs.
