Own the vendor quote tool's data model and integrations, map quoting workflows, translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, define approval logic, run UAT, write SQL to validate pricing and investigate issues, and align procurement, finance, sales operations, and engineering to improve adoption and data quality.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations, configure monitoring/RMM and automation, troubleshoot networks and security, script integrations to speed deployments, build repeatable playbooks, and liaise between customers and product teams to drive platform adoption.

Serve as the technical owner for enterprise accounts, deploying and tuning monitoring/RMM, troubleshooting networks and security, scripting automations, building scalable onboarding playbooks, and feeding customer technical feedback to product and sales teams to drive adoption and expansion.

Provide commercial legal support across sales, vendors, finance, HR and operations. Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume MSAs, WSAs, NDAs and partner agreements; advise on international contracting, disputes, employment issues, credit and collections, compliance, and contract process scaling in a fast-growth telecom SaaS environment.

Lead design, expansion, and productization of private connectivity, cloud interconnect, and transport services. Own edge node deployments, vendor/carrier strategy, provisioning standards, and operational runbooks. Translate technical capabilities into repeatable sellable products and enable sales, implementation, and support teams.

Design, deploy, and troubleshoot carrier-grade Layer 1-3 connectivity including carrier interconnects, NNIs, MPLS, BGP, VRFs, VLANs, and Azure ExpressRoute. Validate circuit turn-ups, support data center deployments, develop configuration templates and runbooks, and act as escalation for complex transport and routing issues while coordinating with carriers, NOC, and implementation teams.

The VP of Software Sales will build and scale the direct sales for Command|Link's SaaS platform, owning sales targets, hiring teams, designing sales motions, and leading customer presentations.
