Manage complex grant compliance and contract activities for USG and multilateral-funded projects, including review/negotiation of awards and subawards, subrecipient vetting and monitoring, procurement oversight, donor regulation guidance, capacity building, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Program teams.
