Manage administrative, compliance, payroll/billing, records, and fleet functions for Protective Force contract at a national lab. Maintain audit-ready documentation, training and personnel files, MVS data handling, exception reporting, and support special event staffing. Track and report fleet incidents, expenditures, and operational/compliance metrics; coordinate with Project Manager and TR; perform other contract-related administrative duties.

Manage and oversee contractor protective force personnel and contract compliance at Argonne National Lab. Ensure adherence to DOE and Argonne policies, supervise key personnel, handle staffing, hiring, evaluations, labor relations, investigations, reporting, CLIN documentation, and maintain required security clearance and certifications. Serve as liaison with the Technical Representative and provide operational leadership during emergencies.

Supports enterprise AI transformation through machine learning, generative AI, data science, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation. Responsibilities include data preparation, feature engineering, model development and evaluation, monitoring, dashboard and documentation creation, and secure AI application development. The intern collaborates with IT, AI transformation teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI and analytics solutions while following security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
