Leads and coaches a team of Account Executives focused on high-volume SMB new-business sales. Responsibilities include developing market-growth strategies, driving prospecting and account targeting, monitoring pipelines and forecasts, conducting field sales coaching, supporting market expansion, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation. The role is fully onsite in El Paso, Texas, five days per week, with bilingual English-Spanish skills preferred.

Supports customers throughout hosted voice implementations, including site assessments, solution configuration, equipment activation, phone-number porting, testing, training, and initial support. Coordinates with customers, sales, field technicians, vendors, and service delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, meet deadlines and SLAs, resolve escalations, and transition customers to ongoing operations. Provides hosted voice subject-matter expertise for strategic or complex accounts and travels extensively within the market.
