Convene pays up to 60% of an employee's weekly salary for a maximum of 25 weeks for Short Term disability; for Long-term disability it is until employee is no longer considered disabled.

Convene matches up to 2% of an employee's contributions. Employees are eligible the first month following 30 days of employment and become fully vested in any company contributions after 5 yrs.
