The internship provides practical insurance experience and support for candidates pursuing actuarial exams and degrees in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields.

Participate in a 12-week actuarial reserving internship supporting quarterly reserve reviews, reserve reporting, catastrophe reporting, loss emergence monitoring, and monthly actual-versus-expected analyses. Develop loss-cost metrics, summarize trends for management, and work with actuaries while progressing through actuarial exams. Responsibilities require organization, communication, technical learning, deadline management, and openness to feedback.

Supports actuarial pricing across insurance business lines, including new program pricing, premium and loss ratio projections, monthly pricing reports, rate filings, and rating tool development or migration. Works with actuaries while progressing through actuarial exams and applies basic actuarial principles with guidance.
