The role involves leading AI adoption in marketing operations to enhance pipeline performance and streamline processes. Responsibilities include designing AI-driven workflows, managing demand infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and aligning marketing efforts with revenue operations. Strong emphasis on measurable impact and team collaboration is essential.

Perform end-to-end Cority implementations: configure the application, train clients, support testing, manage timelines and project budgets, liaise between clients and internal teams, and meet chargeable utilization targets while working predominantly remotely with some travel.

Serve as the technical liaison during implementations, handling data mapping and SQL conversion, integrations (SOAP/REST, FTP/SFTP), SSO/LDAP configuration, HL7/Mirth middleware tasks, advanced reporting and security setups, documenting change requests, training system administrators, tracking issues in JIRA, and advising product on enhancements to meet client requirements.
