Develops and activates low- and non-producing insurance distribution partners through outreach, onboarding, training, education, and growth initiatives. The role monitors engagement and production, creates action plans for underperforming accounts, supports partner campaigns, tracks activity in Salesforce, and identifies partners ready for strategic account coverage. It builds relationships with agencies, brokers, producers, and partner stakeholders while collaborating with Partner Success Managers and Account Executives.

Manage partner relationships, onboarding, service coordination, escalations, operational workflows, satisfaction, and retention initiatives. Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, support account executives, conduct business reviews, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve concerns and improve partner experience. The role requires experience in client success, account management, partner operations, CRM systems, and insurance or SaaS environments.

Build, test, deploy, and productionalize secure AI and machine learning systems for internal tools, customer products, and operational workflows. The role involves generative AI, NLP, predictive modeling, responsible AI, model evaluation, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams. Candidates should have strong Python and software engineering skills, experience with LLM applications and modern AI tooling, and familiarity with cloud platforms, privacy, security, and compliance.

Leads requirements and delivery coordination across concurrent initiatives, including partner API integrations. Defines standards for requirements, UAT, and stakeholder communications; assesses system and API impacts; mentors analysts; and collaborates with leadership on prioritization, capacity, and cross-functional alignment. The role bridges technical and business teams, guides initiatives through final release, and drives systemic solutions across business units.

Handles moderate-complexity commercial property and casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage and damages, setting reserves, drafting coverage positions, negotiating settlements, coordinating counsel, vendors, TPAs, underwriting, and stakeholders, and addressing subrogation and risk-transfer issues. The role also supports claims best practices, management reporting, and insurance initiatives. Travel within the United States for mediations, trials, and related proceedings is expected at less than 5–10%.

Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, increasing platform adoption, conducting business reviews, monitoring KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, supporting integrations, forecasting in Salesforce, enabling partner teams, and collaborating with Technology, Insurance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The role requires consultative selling, executive relationship management, analytical skills, and knowledge of digital distribution and embedded insurance.

Leads the design, development, and maintenance of complex backend software systems. Owns significant features end to end, makes architectural decisions, improves scalability and performance, ensures code quality, mentors engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Builds production-ready C# and .NET APIs within microservices and containerized environments, using cloud databases and services. Participates in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
