Owns a complex portfolio of primary care provider partnerships, driving adoption, retention, expansion, workflow transformation, and measurable value-based care outcomes. Advises clinical and operational leaders, analyzes performance data, leads implementation and change management, resolves escalations, develops scalable provider-success strategies, and mentors colleagues. The role requires strong provider relationship management, healthcare technology implementation experience, influence without authority, and frequent travel to New Jersey practices.

Own and evolve the company’s design system, reusable UI primitives, shared interaction patterns, and frontend UX quality. Build production-ready React and TypeScript components, prototype complex workflows, address UX technical debt, and improve responsive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences. Partner with Design and Product to validate feasibility, translate design intent into implementation, and guide frontend system decisions, including AI-enabled product experiences.

Leads high-priority commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external stakeholders. Owns project plans, governance, risk mitigation, performance reporting, analytical models, executive communications, and scalable operating processes.
