The Technology Sales Development Representative will generate sales leads through calls and emails, coordinate with sales executives, maintain customer data in Salesforce, and achieve sales metrics. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving sales opportunities for technology solutions.

Senior HR Business Partner leading people strategy for North America Sales and Commercial organizations. Drives org design, workforce and succession planning, talent management, change initiatives, leader coaching, compensation guidance, HR metrics/analytics, automation and AI adoption, partnership with HR COEs, and leadership of more junior HRBPs. Operates in a matrixed environment and supports recruiting, performance management, and strategic talent initiatives.

Leads indirect procurement strategy with primary responsibility for IT categories, including SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, and IT services. Develops sourcing roadmaps, runs competitive bids, negotiates enterprise agreements, manages renewals, and delivers savings, cost avoidance, and working-capital improvements. Uses AI and automation for spend analytics, contract review, and RFP processes. Partners with IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders while managing supplier performance, compliance, and procurement process improvements.

Administers sales compensation systems, including SAP Commissions and Salesforce workflows; calculates, validates, and reconciles commission payments; manages accruals, audits, reporting, and seller support. Builds Excel models for compensation plans and quota structures, investigates data issues, coordinates system updates, and partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Accounting, Legal, and vendors. Identifies process improvements and supports automation, AI-enabled validation, and governance activities.

The Senior Director, Ecommerce is responsible for driving the growth and performance of Covetrus' online pharmacy business, focusing on revenue and customer experience while leading cross-functional teams.
