Develop and maintain relationships with independent insurance agents to drive small commercial cyber insurance production. The Account Executive will promote Cowbell Cyber products, identify and close new business and cross-sell opportunities, onboard agency partners, communicate value propositions to executive stakeholders, manage broker relationships, and meet activity and distribution metrics. The role requires insurance business development or production underwriting experience, independent agent network experience, and familiarity with small commercial insurance and cyber risk.

Handle and adjust cyber insurance claims including coverage analysis, investigation, incident response, reserve evaluation, management of defense/coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, claim disposition, and client/broker communications and presentations.

Drive Cowbell's distribution strategy across the Northwest territory by building and onboarding broker and agency relationships, meeting production quotas, and executing regional sales plans. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, manage activity metrics, and convert early-stage relationships into revenue while collaborating cross-functionally to grow cyber insurance business.
