Executes end-to-end onboarding and transitions for newly joined financial advisory teams and their clients. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, opening accounts, facilitating custodian transfers and asset movement, tracking workstreams, resolving issues, and establishing operational readiness. The role provides high-touch support to advisors, coordinates with internal partners and custodians, improves transition processes, and supports client service operations when transitions are inactive. Frequent travel, extended onsite assignments, and occasional weekend work are required.

Manages administrative, investment implementation, onboarding, banking, billing, and relationship needs for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Coordinates asset transfers, alternative investment documentation, credit and margin facilities, charitable distributions, tax document facilitation, and communications with CPAs and attorneys. Partners with portfolio managers to deliver exceptional client experiences, support retention and growth, and identify technology improvements that increase scalability.

Leads advisor and client transitions from due diligence through post-integration stabilization. Develops integration strategies, operating models, timelines, playbooks, and risk plans; coordinates operations, technology, compliance, finance, HR, custodians, and third-party partners. Oversees client and asset migrations, technology and data integration, portfolio transitions, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Requires extensive travel and hands-on presence with incoming teams during onboarding.

Executes integrated content marketing initiatives focused on thought leadership, collateral development, campaigns, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include editing and proofreading content, managing marketing projects and workflows, supporting business development, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging with business objectives. The role requires strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Supports advisors serving high-net-worth families by managing client service requests, onboarding, account maintenance, transactions, documentation, and communications. Coordinates with custodians, banking partners, CPAs, attorneys, and internal teams; maintains Salesforce records; assists with meetings and reporting; drives projects and process improvements; and proactively tracks requests through completion.

Leads Cresset’s enterprise information security program, strategy, governance, team, budget, and vendor relationships. Oversees IAM, data protection, network security, cloud security, incident response, vulnerability management, regulatory compliance, cyber risk, and security awareness. Partners with executive, technology, legal, compliance, HR, and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture, support regulatory obligations, and enable business growth.

Leads the delivery, integration, adoption, and scaling of AI-powered solutions across the firm. Translates AI strategy into production workflows, automation systems, enterprise integrations, and measurable business outcomes. Oversees technical implementation, vendors, delivery roadmaps, governance, change management, training, and continuous improvement. Partners with technology, data, and business teams to embed AI into workflows and improve productivity, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Supports internal and client-facing portfolio reporting across complex investment portfolios. Creates, customizes, and automates reports; manages reporting-system onboarding; researches performance questions; validates data; supports integrations; and improves reporting workflows. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads SEO, GEO/AEO, content marketing, and AI discoverability initiatives to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, lead generation, and brand authority. Responsibilities include developing editorial calendars, writing and optimizing thought leadership and website content, managing production workflows, partnering with consultants and subject matter experts, pursuing off-site authority opportunities, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements based on emerging AI search trends.

Maintains accurate financial records for private investment funds, including reconciliations, NAVs, P&L, economic allocations, investor notices, performance reports, and external reporting. Coordinates with fund administrators, auditors, tax preparers, legal teams, wealth advisors, and client services. Supports annual audits and tax returns, addresses discrepancies, maintains reporting data, and improves financial processes and controls.
