Designs human-AI collaboration, automation opportunities, controls, decision paths, and implementation-ready workflow artifacts. Facilitates senior stakeholder workshops, connects business intent to architecture and delivery, promotes reusable enterprise patterns, and helps establish systems design practices. Measures engagement impact through business outcomes, case studies, and executive storytelling.

The API IT Solutions Analyst II translates business needs into technical requirements, API specifications, mapping sheets, system documentation, and acceptance criteria. The role coordinates with business partners, architects, developers, QA, and project managers to deliver integration projects, resolve issues, maintain SOPs, support UAT and training, and ensure requirements traceability. The analyst also performs data analysis, reporting, and serves as a subject matter expert for applications and platforms.

Serves as a hands-on technical leader for emerging technology and AI experimentation. Designs prototypes, proofs of concept, pilots, integrations, and architecture evaluations; writes and reviews prototype code; troubleshoots complex technical issues; and develops reusable standards and recommendations. Collaborates with architecture, security, data, risk, legal, procurement, vendors, and delivery teams to transition validated concepts into scalable solutions. Oversee Palantir Foundry and AIP ontology architecture, event-driven and API integrations, and AI/GenAI workflows. Lead architecture reviews, establish reusable standards, guide engineering teams, develop executive-level business cases, and align technology investments with business outcomes.

Lead development of internal economic capital modeling for P&C insurance, including stochastic risk models, capital allocation, stress testing, model governance, and business decision support. Partner with actuarial, reinsurance, investments, catastrophe modeling, FP&A, and enterprise risk teams. Build controlled, reproducible processes and communicate quantitative findings to business leaders, regulators, rating agencies, and management.
