Partners with project teams and business leaders to integrate change activities and support successful outcomes. May also design User Acceptance Testing strategies and ensure adherence to ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima methodologies.

Provides strategic consulting and market expertise for personal lines insurance products. Researches regulatory changes and emerging trends, analyzes business impacts, advises senior leaders, supports product implementation, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Crafts policy language, maintains rules and eligibility guidelines, manages regulatory responses and market conduct exams, and presents data-driven recommendations. Mentors team members and serves as a subject matter expert for local markets.

Operate and improve enterprise AI/ML platforms across Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker. Responsibilities include deployment, monitoring, observability, automation, governance, model lifecycle management, incident response, root cause analysis, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production reliability. The role provides technical leadership and mentorship while partnering with data, infrastructure, security, architecture, product, and engineering teams to support cloud-based AI workloads and Generative AI adoption.

The Business Solutions Analyst III collaborates with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and manages requirements through the project lifecycle, including UAT testing support.

Analyzes personal lines insurance and digital product performance using SQL, BI tools, statistical methods, and financial modeling. Partners with product, experience, actuarial, finance, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize digital customer experiences, assess risks, support business cases, and influence leadership decisions. Applies AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency, communicates insights through presentations and reports, and mentors colleagues.
