Validate and analyze data from Yardi, Salesforce, CVR Tracker, and SharePoint to identify trends, risks, and efficiencies. Support audits and contractual reporting, track owner compliance and enforcement actions, and manage suspension and appeals processes. Automate reporting, document metric definitions, and provide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership.

Provide scheduling and clerical support for the Housing Choice Voucher program: process HAP contracts and verifications, manage recertification/intake scheduling, maintain files and logs, assist walk-in clients and landlords, enter data into Yardi and SharePoint, and support front desk coverage.
