Builds and leads a technical training team, establishes standards and performance measures, drives corrective actions, and ensures alignment with regulatory and company requirements.

Manages community affairs and stakeholder engagement for CyrusOne development projects across assigned markets. Builds relationships with officials, community organizations, businesses, and residents; supports zoning, permitting, entitlements, construction, and operations; identifies political, regulatory, community, and reputational risks; coordinates public meetings and communications; supports economic development, community investments, reporting, and market-entry strategies. Requires extensive travel across assigned Northern U.S. markets.

Leads data center operations engineering programs, including runbook development, process standardization, change management, documentation governance, and root cause analysis. Partners with reliability, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable operational processes. Manages program metrics, reporting, milestone visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives across critical infrastructure operations.

Leads mechanical engineering for data center operations, including HVAC and cooling system design, infrastructure optimization, capacity planning, energy efficiency, maintenance practices, and project delivery. Provides operational troubleshooting and technical leadership, manages vendors and multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports reliable, sustainable, cost-effective data center infrastructure. Travel up to 25% is required.
