Leads the day-to-day operation of a new Jewish college-preparatory high school, serving as its public, instructional, cultural, and people leader. Responsibilities include building school systems and traditions, leading curriculum and assessment, coaching and evaluating faculty, recruiting educators, managing students and families, overseeing student life and communications, supporting accreditation, improving outcomes, and fostering a warm, high-expectations culture rooted in Jewish values.

Founding academic and instructional leader responsible for building and leading the school library, research and information-literacy curriculum, Capstone program, makerspace, and internship partnerships. Teaches research skills, develops vertically aligned programming, supervises and coaches faculty, manages collections, systems, budgets, safety, and community partnerships, and supports school-wide academic leadership and strategic planning.
