Reviews documents and instructions, performs maker-checker updates, handles returned mail, meets service-level agreements, assists with audits and FATCA/CRS reporting, responds to operational inquiries, and supports user acceptance testing. Requires banking operations experience, attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, knowledge of IT systems, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Maintain and validate credit limit and collateral data, ensure data accuracy and SLAs, follow operational policies, escalate BAU issues, and support risk monitoring and reporting.
