Build growth/churn models, design lead-to-cash workflows in HubSpot, create Power BI executive dashboards with predictive analytics, and coordinate cross-functional governance between Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

Support a customer remotely for six months performing CAE work on EV drivetrains using ANSYS Workbench/Mechanical. Perform structural analysis under internal and external loads, linear static analysis, and nonlinear contact analyses (large components, limit loads, slip, bolt integrity).

Own annual revenue planning and monthly forecasts for enterprise customers, design lead-to-cash workflows in HubSpot, build Power BI dashboards and predictive models (DAX), manage forecast governance, coordinate non-standard pricing with Deal Desk, and translate data into executive insights to drive upsell, retention, and churn mitigation.
