Lead design, implementation, and compliance of K-12 bilingual, TPI/TBE, and high school world language programs. Coach CLD instructional staff, analyze data to refine instruction, run professional learning, ensure state/local compliance, liaise with district partners, and support campus leaders to improve outcomes for culturally and linguistically diverse learners.

Lead MTSS Interventionist implements and monitors Tier 2–3 interventions in math and literacy, analyzes student data, co-facilitates problem-solving meetings, trains staff, communicates with families, and ensures fidelity of MTSS processes to improve student outcomes.

Serve as district representative for IDEA and Section 504 meetings, coordinate FIE referrals, arrange interpreters, train and coach staff, oversee scheduling and data entry in SSM, support MTSS, and ensure timely family communication and procedural compliance.

Supervise students before, during, and after school to maintain safety and promote positive school culture. Implement routines, restorative practices, attendance interventions, conflict resolution, family partnerships, incident reporting, and mentor students to support social-emotional development and engagement.

Provide direct nursing care, first aid, emergency response, health assessments, medication management, screenings, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and maintain accurate student health records and documentation per school and state requirements.

Assistant Principal provides instructional leadership, coaching, MTSS oversight, data-driven intervention, and school culture management. Responsibilities include teacher observations, professional development, testing coordination, instructional coaching, and collaborating with ILT and network teams to drive student achievement and equitable practices.

Lead a K-8 campus overseeing school culture, instruction, assessment, staffing, operations, finance, family and community partnerships, and student services.
