Oversee special education compliance across multiple Chicago school campuses, including IEP reviews, reevaluations, documentation audits, data integrity, student progress monitoring, and regulatory adherence. The manager supports principals, case managers, educators, families, and related-service providers; supervises and coaches case managers; coordinates provider staffing; facilitates meetings and training; and serves as a liaison with authorizers, local education agencies, and state officials.

Supervise students before, during, and after school to maintain safety and a positive school culture. Implement behavior systems, restorative practices, attendance interventions, conflict resolution, support family partnerships, complete incident reports, and mentor students to foster social-emotional development and engagement.

Maintain and repair building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; perform preventive maintenance; manage vendors, supplies, and maintenance projects; ensure safety, code compliance, and campus cleanliness; perform cleaning and small repairs as needed; prepare reports and documentation.
