Consulting role to design and build full lifecycle .NET applications for clients. Work directly with business users on ASP.NET/MVC projects using SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint and related technologies. Opportunities for project leadership and client-facing responsibilities; some travel may be required.

Design, develop, test and document ETL processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Build data marts/star schemas using Kimball best practices. Perform hands‑on ETL development and advanced SQL work. Collaborate on analysis, coding, and testing; apply big data and NoSQL knowledge as needed.

Work with business units to gather and analyze requirements, document As-Is/To-Be processes, create user stories and functional specifications, recommend process improvements, support Agile teams, maintain automated test scripts, and produce technical and user documentation.

Sell consulting and outsourcing services (especially BI and application development) to enterprise clients, engage C-level executives, craft solution proposals with technical teams, manage renewals and internal sales activities, and travel up to 25-30%.

QA Tester responsible for manual and automated testing including Selenium/Java automation, web service testing with SoapUI, SQL-based data-driven tests, creating test artifacts, and participating in Agile development. Load testing (JMeter) and familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle) are desirable.

Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing screening materials, communicating with candidates, maintaining candidate records and database, assisting with screening, and participating in recruiting events.

Work with business units to gather and analyze requirements, document As-Is/To-Be processes, create functional specifications and user stories, support SDLC and agile teams, maintain automated test scripts, and identify process improvements.

Design and deliver end-to-end big data and BI solutions. Develop software using Java/C++ and Hadoop ecosystem tools, analyze structured/unstructured data to extract insights, and rapidly adopt new technologies in dynamic client engagements. Collaborate with teams across the software development lifecycle.

Consult on predictive analytics projects: build, validate and deploy predictive models; extract and combine data from multiple sources; develop prototypes and recommendation engines; communicate value to clients; support internal initiatives and client engagements across retail, healthcare, and finance. Travel ~30%.

Develop and design internet/intranet applications in Java, build user interfaces, integrate applications and databases, troubleshoot across environments, produce documentation, and stay current with web technologies while working directly with clients.
