Manage and integrate products across programs, plan/schedule/monitor projects, coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, support cloud migration/modernization, apply PM standards, track finances and EVM, and ensure timely releases through deployment.

Implement, automate, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure and services. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, develop automation scripts and tooling, monitor performance and cost, troubleshoot issues, and document architecture and operational decisions while partnering with product and engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security.

Under supervision, analyze and design systems and processes, gather user requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, recommend quality improvements, and communicate process changes. Perform research, design assessment, development, integration, and data analysis using visualization tools to support federal clients.
