Compensation + Benefits
Offers 401(K)
EchoStar automatically enrolls you in our attractive 401(k) plan, investing in the most appropriate fund based on your age. You make change your contribution amount or investment election at any time
Offers disability insurance
EchoStar offers Company-paid Short-Term Disability (STD), which pays 60% of your weekly salary directly to you for up to 13 weeks if you are sick or injured and unable to work.
Provides hardship benefits
Team members can take an unpaid 30-day leave of absence.
Provides 401(K) matching
EchoStar offers a company match equal to 50% of your contribution up to $5,000 per year. We also offer profit-sharing contributions.
