Own project accounting processes, including project setup, financial controls, WIP analysis, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with project managers and leaders to improve profitability visibility and resolve financial issues. Support Oracle and percentage-of-completion accounting transitions, month-end close, audits, compliance, billing, and financial reporting. Provide functional guidance to AP/AR teams and drive process improvements using reporting tools and automation.

Leads railroad track system design, including alignments, turnouts, yards, crossings, and track rehabilitation. Prepares drawings, specifications, calculations, estimates, bid documents, and reports; coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams; supports construction through inspections, RFIs, and submittals; ensures FRA, AREMA, DOT, and client compliance; manages schedules, budgets, and deliverables; mentors staff; and supports client engagement and business development.
