Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards by performing inspections, environmental monitoring, ATP testing, sample collection and analysis, equipment verification, documentation, product release/hold decisions, and communication with QA teams and external labs.

Lead and grow the IT team while assessing and improving IT infrastructure. Own IT project management, vendor and budget oversight, security protocols (MFA), server and network administration, and weekly reporting to leadership. Recruit, train, and evaluate staff and develop multi-year IT roadmaps.

Support hiring in a manufacturing environment: source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain ATS records, coordinate between candidates and managers, assist with job postings and referral programs, ensure recruiting compliance, and support HR projects.
