Manages home health clinical services, including patient care coordination, staff assignments, referrals, plans of care, physician orders, OASIS reviews, regulatory compliance, and quality monitoring. Coaches and supports clinical staff, assists with hiring, coordinates with patients and providers, and partners with branch leadership on performance and clinical operations. The role may include field work and travel between patient homes.

Generate admissions and grow patient census within a designated territory by selling clinical programs and outcomes. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, identify referral decision-makers, connect eligible patients and families with in-home care, and meet business objectives through consultative outside sales. The role requires independent work, problem-solving, strong communication, sales performance, a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
