Facilitate approximately two weeks of remote virtual new-hire training for healthcare customer service representatives. Deliver established content covering customer service, compliance, Medicare, and healthcare terminology to groups of up to 50 adult learners. Manage virtual classroom dynamics, learner questions, participation, and challenging behavior while reinforcing knowledge application. Complete onboarding, content review, technology checks, and ongoing coordination with the project team.

Partners with sellers and clients to diagnose performance gaps, design custom learning solutions, and develop winning proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work. Leads solutioning intake, scope definition, evaluation planning, proposal quality, and library development. Uses generative AI for research, drafting, design, and presentation production while coordinating sales, instructional design, delivery, and accounting teams. Tracks proposal performance and market intelligence to improve win rates, cycle time, and solution quality.
