Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma; support digital signature workflows; maintain design systems and reusable components; collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders; provide implementation guidance; and review completed work against approved designs in an Agile environment.

Gather and manage business, functional, and reporting requirements for enterprise application modernization and migration projects. Analyze VB.NET workflows, define future-state requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and solution architects. Support migration from Crystal Reports to Cognos BI, UAT planning, testing coordination, issue resolution, and requirements workshops.
