Own the Platform and Intelligence value stream, including shared platform services, AI and data productization, unified access, orchestration, and governance. Set the roadmap, prioritize backlogs, direct delivery, define value metrics and commercial models, and lead product and analyst talent. Partner with Engineering, Security, Architecture, Sales, and Services to deliver scalable B2B SaaS capabilities that improve customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and revenue.

Provides specialist technical support for complex enterprise SaaS sales, addressing cloud architecture, security, compliance, data architecture, and integrations. Leads technical evaluations, responds to security and architecture RFPs, supports customer IT and security stakeholders, and enables Sales Engineers through documentation and coaching. Maintains expertise in Microsoft Azure and partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and IT to ensure accurate technical guidance.

Manage enterprise customer relationships to drive product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver customized training, webinars, and enablement programs; identify and mitigate churn risks; use customer success metrics and analytics to manage account health; influence executive stakeholders; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Support teams.

Lead and scale Elite’s Financials product category across accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and regulatory reporting. Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, execution, KPIs, and customer outcomes while mentoring Product Managers and Business Analysts. Align engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and data science teams; drive adoption, revenue growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Engage customers and executives, manage ambiguity, and ensure products meet enterprise financial, compliance, and legal technology needs.

Lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of cloud-native SaaS solutions. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, enforce CI/CD, testing and DevOps practices, improve scalability and reliability, write production code, troubleshoot production issues, and align technical execution with product goals.

Lead AI ideation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping to evaluate and operationalize generative AI, copilots, and agentic automation across product and enterprise. Advise stakeholders, produce proofs-of-concept, define standards and guardrails for responsible AI, and help teams translate validated ideas into scalable implementation plans.
