Provide independent compliance oversight and strategic direction across service lines: develop policies, conduct risk assessments/audits, investigate incidents, track corrective actions, train staff, partner with stakeholders, and prepare compliance reporting to support regulatory readiness and program accountability.

Lead clinical quality, safety, compliance, and performance improvement for nursing services. Develop policies, monitor metrics, support audits and surveys, train staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve outcomes and regulatory readiness.
