Leads the RF Applications engineering organization, setting strategy, priorities, operating standards, and execution practices. Plans and schedules manufacturing activities for high-mix electronics and software-defined radio products. Creates and manages manufacturing jobs in Epicor, evaluates material readiness, monitors production constraints, coordinates priorities, and supports on-time delivery. Collaborates with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams. Supports engineering changes, new product introductions, ERP data accuracy, production-control improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides day-to-day sales support by preparing accurate customer quotes, processing orders, maintaining Salesforce records, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production, resolving issues, and supporting reporting and go-to-market activities. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and follow-through.

Develop and integrate embedded C/C++ drivers, libraries, APIs, and components for software-defined radio platforms. Build applications on embedded Linux, expand automated hardware-in-the-loop testing, and support CI/CD workflows. Collaborate across engineering teams on radio features, hardware/software integration, technical investigations, documentation, and estimates. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote software development best practices.

Design, implement, optimize, verify, and debug complex FPGA solutions using RTL, simulation, and advanced testbenches. Collaborate on board-level interfaces, high-speed protocols, RF DSP, hardware integration, and system architecture. Document designs, support project milestones, improve development processes, interface with customers, and mentor junior engineers. Work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, hardware, and systems teams to deliver FPGA-based products.

The Staff Product Test Engineer designs and implements automated test solutions, interfaces with electronic test equipment, and mentors junior engineers. Responsibilities include software development, testing procedures, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.
