Leads strategic global and regional customer accounts, building C-level relationships, driving revenue and bookings, developing account strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing pipelines and forecasts, negotiating complex contracts, supporting renewals, and minimizing churn. The role also develops partner and channel relationships, presents plans to executives, leads solution selling, and coaches other global account management team members.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for hyperscale customers, leading discovery, solution design, and deployment planning for xScale data centers. Provide technical leadership for multi-region pursuits, conduct site visits and executive briefings, support RFIs/RFPs, and align customers with capacity, power, cooling, and resiliency strategies across Sales, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.
