Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including labor and delivery, gynecologic consultation and surgery, telehealth triage, ER coverage, procedures (IUD, implants, tubal sterilization), support delivery teams, maintain hospital privileges, participate in QI, precept learners, and document care.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic inpatient care including triage, antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, gynecologic consults and surgery. Manage acute and chronic illness, telehealth triage, ER coverage, perform procedures (IUD/implant insertion-removal, tubal sterilization), participate in QI, documentation, precept learners, and maintain required privileges and certifications.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting; analyze revenue streams, contractual adjustments, bad debt and reserves; design reports on cost, utilization, membership and trends; prepare board, departmental and regulatory reports; communicate analytical findings to management.

Provide outreach, assessments, care planning, referrals, home visitation, and appointment tracking for pregnant and postpartum clients. Collaborate with providers and care teams, document services in EHR and funder systems, complete reports, and ensure coverage across sites.

Oversee and analyze revenue cycle operations with an external vendor, monitor key billing metrics, ensure clean claim submission and compliance with payer regulations, support managed care strategy and collaborate across finance, clinical, IT, and operations.

Develop and execute Erie’s community engagement plan for Garfield Park, build partnerships within the Sankofa Wellness Village, plan outreach events, track engagement metrics, represent Erie at local meetings and events, and connect community members to services to support patient growth and strengthen local presence.
