As a Consultant, Scientist/Engineer, you'll manage demolition and remediation projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and executing environmental assessments.

Lead technical and business development for natural resources practice, providing senior oversight of biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, permitting, client relationship growth, mentoring teams, and delivering multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs.

Lead creative direction and hands-on design for client engagements spanning branding, digital, print, interactive, sustainability reporting, and communications. Mentor graphic designers, manage projects and schedules, build client relationships, present creative work, support proposals and estimates, and ensure high-quality execution. The role also contributes to recruiting, design processes, trend research, vendor coordination, and strategic creative problem-solving across multiple concurrent projects.

Supports environmental assessments, impact statements, ecological field surveys, permitting, regulatory coordination, and technical reporting for development projects. Provides technical support in land use planning, facility siting, risk assessment, and water resources management while collaborating with clients, regulators, project managers, and subcontractors. Requires frequent travel, independent task management, and delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Leads air quality consulting growth and complex permitting and compliance programs for industrial clients. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, advising clients on federal and state air regulations, cultivating client relationships, negotiating with agencies, supporting business development, and mentoring technical staff. The role requires frequent travel throughout the Great Lakes region and offers a partner-track opportunity.

Supports civil and environmental engineering projects involving site and civil design, stormwater management, remediation, erosion control, water management, permitting, field sampling, construction monitoring, and technical reporting. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, manages multiple projects, conducts research, prepares technical memorandums and reports, and supports compliance with health and safety requirements. The role operates in a remote or hybrid environment and requires frequent travel to client locations.
