Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for Euromonitor's API and MCP ecosystem. Own developer experience, documentation, SDKs, authentication, onboarding and adoption metrics. Partner with security, engineering, commercial and legal to govern access, enforce entitlements, and monetise usage. Operate as product owner across agile teams and deliver a documented, commercial API/MCP contract and governance framework within the first year.

Manage and grow a US territory of academic accounts by driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, delivering product demos and trainings, and managing the full sales cycle. Build lasting relationships with librarians, faculty, and administrators, act as a consultative advisor to uncover needs, propose solutions, and close contracts with support from internal teams.
