3 weeks paid time off which can be used for any purpose including vacation days, sick days, and mental health days. Additional time off granted after 3 and 5 years.
10 company-wide holidays, 3 floating holidays, and closed office between Christmas and New Years Day.
Progressive gender-neutral family leave policy: Exeter offers employees the option to take up to 16 weeks of leave following the birth or adoption of a child, placement of a foster child within an employee’s home, the advent of a serious medical condition, or in order to take care of an immediate family member ) with a serious medical condition; 8 weeks of such time shall be paid.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance covers 60% of annual salary up to $6000 monthly maximum payout.

401(K)

401(K) Matching

Acme Co. provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan. We match 100% of contributions up to 3% of an employee's annual gross pay and 50% of contributions up to 5% of an employee's annual gross pay.

Employees may be eligible to receive a year-end performance bonus based on company and individual performance.

Child Care Benefits

Exeter employees can bring their children to work occasionally when other childcare cannot be arranged.

Generous Parental Leave

We provide up to 16 weeks of parental leave for the primary caretaker. Acme Co. also provides 16 weeks of leave for the secondary caretaker.

Flexible Work Schedule

Acme Co. provides employees with a flexible work schedule that includes Summer hours, Flexible start and end times.

Family Medical Leave

Employees who have been with the company for 12 months are eligible for 16 weeks of family medical leave.
