3 weeks paid time off which can be used for any purpose including vacation days, sick days, and mental health days. Additional time off granted after 3 and 5 years. 10 company-wide holidays, 3 floating holidays, and closed office between Christmas and New Years Day. Progressive gender-neutral family leave policy: Exeter offers employees the option to take up to 16 weeks of leave following the birth or adoption of a child, placement of a foster child within an employee’s home, the advent of a serious medical condition, or in order to take care of an immediate family member ) with a serious medical condition; 8 weeks of such time shall be paid.
