The role requires customer-facing sales support experience in automation or robotics, engineering and automation knowledge, product expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides technical leadership and application support for industrial robotic automation across the Midwest. Responsibilities include robot programming, machine vision and safety expertise, customer and integrator training, technical issue resolution, demonstrations, sales support, demo-cell management, and robotic solution development using FANUC software, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. The role requires approximately 50% travel to customers, integrators, trade shows, and regional sites.

The Design Engineer will develop and maintain software solutions, support customers, conduct training, and collaborate within an Agile team.
