The Travel Pet Insurance Sales Associate will engage pet parents, sell insurance policies, manage client relationships, and travel to partner locations.

Drive shelter-channel sales growth across the West Coast territory, achieve new business and wellness sales targets, and manage approximately 10–12 shelter sales agents. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, performance management, shelter relationship development, onsite partner assessments, territory administration, competitive product communication, opportunity identification, expense management, and travel within the assigned region.

Senior actuarial role leading predictive pricing and profitability modeling. Owns price elasticity, lifetime value, retention/conversion forecasting, GLM-based risk segmentation, SQL data pipelines, rate filings, regulatory responses, competitor filing analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pricing strategy and monitoring.

Identify, prospect, and build partnerships with breeders to grow Fetch's channel. Execute high-volume outreach, manage a CRM pipeline, support meetings and onboarding, track performance metrics, and travel up to 25% to meet partners.
