Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits

Generous Parental Leave

Flexera provides up to 8 weeks of parental leave for the primary caretaker and 4 weeks for the secondary caretaker.

Remote Work Program

We have a distributed workforce for many functions within Flexera. We also allow employees working at our hub locations to work remote occasionally based on manager discretion.
