Manage post-deployment relationships with industrial automation customers, serving as their primary advisor and coordinating technical, operational, training, and administrative support. Monitor customer health, conduct site visits, resolve escalations, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to drive adoption, renewals, and successful automation outcomes across customer accounts.

Lead Formic’s marketing organization and build a scalable demand-generation engine. Own brand, positioning, content, pipeline generation, SDR, GTM engineering, marketing technology, funnel analytics, experimentation, and team development. Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to identify target manufacturers, generate qualified opportunities, measure channel performance, optimize conversion, and connect marketing investment to revenue. Establish accountable processes, reliable infrastructure, and repeatable systems that support the company’s growth.

Own the mechanical design, documentation, integration, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems and EOAT. Develop SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and release processes; troubleshoot electromechanical systems; support manufacturing, product development, and field deployments; and collaborate with vendors, integrators, and cross-functional teams. The role is hands-on and requires shop-floor work, with travel up to 25%.
