Foxtrot's 401(k) Program, offered through Nationwide, starts after 90 days as an employee.

Foxtrot's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's weekly salary up to a $1,500 maximum weekly payout. Employees also have the option to purchase extra-long coverage.
