The Solutions Sales Manager will manage key accounts in the Food industry, drive sales growth, maintain client relationships, and exceed order intake targets.

Manage sales of manure handling equipment across the Midwest, build and coach dealer relationships, provide product demonstrations and technical support, run dealer business planning, maintain CRM and forecasts, lead trainings, and spend 60–80% of time in the field supporting dealers and customers.

Support the operations team by assisting with project planning and execution, collecting and analyzing time-study data, recommending process improvements, ensuring safety compliance, preparing performance reports, collaborating across departments, and performing administrative tasks.

Prepare and label packaging materials, assist with equipment setup (tape machines, staplers), palletizing, staging, unloading trucks, janitorial tasks, and follow GMP/FDA and safety procedures.

Manage and grow assigned North American food-industry accounts for slicing, bagging, and vertical packaging equipment. Serve as primary client contact, develop sales plans, pursue new business, monitor KPIs, deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and ensure high customer satisfaction while collaborating with territory, service, and strategic account teams.
