We have a lot to accomplish and trust that we are aligned in what we need to do to get it done. This means we don't have working hours or a vacation policy. Take vacation when you need it and work from wherever makes you comfortable. Our headquarters is in Chicago but our team is largely remote. We get the team together every quarter at our quarterly onsite meeting to brainstorm, eat great food, and hit the town. Our four primary values are: Health: work-life harmony is important. We value time with family, friends, and for ourselves to maintain healthy lives. Humility: We're ok with being challenged and being wrong. Hierarchy is not important. Our humility drives our curiosity. Hunger: Startups are hard, but we are hungry to build something great and are hungry to learn along the way. Honesty: Trust is a prerequisite to success. We trust each other and our customers trust us because we are honest with others.
