Our work and vacation policies are built around trust. We have unlimited PTO and the team can work from home when needed.

We also need to move fast. We have found that we work best when we are together, in person, as much as we can be.

Our headquarters is in Chicago and our current team is largely remote. We get the whole team together every quarter at our quarterly onsite meeting to brainstorm, problem solve together, and eat great food..

As we build our Go To Market team, we intend on that being here in the Chicago office so we can more effectively solve problems as a unit, learn from each other, and collaborate.
