Lead adoption of AI across engineering: evaluate models and tools, prototype and validate AI solutions, ship production-quality tooling, measure engineering impact, and drive organization-wide adoption through training and documentation.

Design and build Qlik Sense dashboards and data load transformations for middle/back-office teams. Perform daily trade reconciliations and post-trade activities, investigate trade breaks, manage invoice reconciliations with exchanges and clearing firms, oversee position/trade/cash transfers, develop and optimize tools and analytical models, liaise between traders, clearing firms, accounting, and vendors, and manage ad hoc projects to improve automation and workflow.

The Global Head of Risk Management will enhance the firm’s risk framework, manage the risk team, and collaborate on risk-related issues with traders and senior management.

As a Discretionary Trader, you will leverage advanced technology to scale profitable strategies and identify new opportunities, collaborating with a tech team to enhance trading systems.

Design, build, and maintain internal front-end trading tools, dashboards, and supporting APIs. Partner with traders, Risk, and Technology to gather requirements, improve performance, reliability, and scalability, and provide production support for real-time, high-throughput trading systems.

The Director of AI Engineering will develop AI-driven solutions, enhance trading workflows, oversee LLMs, and lead AI integration efforts.

Develop and execute TRF and dividend futures trading strategies, monitor and optimize portfolio risk and financing/repo legs, capture arbitrage opportunities between OTC and listed contracts, and collaborate with quantitative researchers to build pricing models and data tools.

Lead and manage global IT teams (Help Desk, Trading App Support, Systems Engineering, Datacenter, Networking) to ensure operational resilience and high uptime. Develop IT strategy, policies, AI-assisted workflows, and vendor relationships; oversee infrastructure, security, and compliance while reporting performance and driving continuous improvement using data analytics.

Maintain and enhance the infrastructure for global trading operations, focusing on system reliability, automation, and technical support for Windows environments while supporting AI workloads.
