The Marketing Manager plans, executes, and measures multichannel marketing campaigns supporting customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include audience targeting, content and creative production, channel execution, performance tracking, daily marketing operations, stakeholder collaboration, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance. Manages investor, client, counterparty, and rating agency audit and review requests. Responsibilities include intake, assignment, deadline tracking, follow-up, response review, documentation compilation, reporting deliverables, and submission preparation for executive approval. Provides administrative support to the Legal department and General Counsel while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinates financial data and documentation for state regulatory examinations and filings, including MBFRF and NMLS requirements. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant submissions within the mortgage servicing industry. Partners with Legal and Finance teams, manages the regulatory response pipeline, and maintains knowledge of financial reporting systems. The role also analyzes data, supports compliance initiatives, identifies issues, and proposes solutions.

Supports Mortgage Servicing Rights investment strategy through pricing, trading, valuation, cash flow modeling, portfolio analytics, and risk management. The role collaborates with Finance, Capital Markets, and Servicing teams to support investment execution and portfolio optimization. Responsibilities include applying MSR valuation methodologies, analyzing behavior models, managing deliverables, and providing insights for decision-making in a high-pressure environment.

Leads enterprise accounting, payroll, accounts payable, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, cash flow, reconciliations, controls, debt reporting, and lender covenant compliance. Oversees mortgage servicing rights valuation, U.S. GAAP analysis, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. Manages accounting teams, liaises with auditors and regulators, reviews contracts, and develops policies, procedures, and internal controls across Fay Group entities.

Develops, originates, and manages business-purpose real estate investment loan pipelines, including DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and Rental Portfolio financing. Evaluates borrower needs, structures lending solutions, manages loans through closing and funding, develops investor and referral relationships, and achieves production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals through company-provided and self-generated leads.

Manages relationships with an investor client portfolio to drive retention, revenue growth, service upsells, and new client acquisition. Develops and executes client growth strategies, leads engagement, coordinates issue resolution, and provides data-backed portfolio performance insights. Collaborates cross-functionally with organizational leaders, facilitates client and internal meetings, leads project teams, and ensures client satisfaction, compliance, and effective performance management.
