Senior Data Analyst responsible for executing data service tasks, ensuring governance and SLA compliance, reviewing deliverables, troubleshooting end-to-end data issues, supporting integrations and migrations, and influencing data ingestion and system upgrade strategies. The role also includes project ownership, roadmap development, code reviews, documentation, prioritization, and rotating on-call support.

Manages accounts payable, vendor payments, invoice reconciliation, corporate card transactions, employee expense audits, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial close activities. Supports balance sheet analysis, external audits, accounting controls, compliance, and process improvements while maintaining accurate records and collaborating across departments.

Analyze customer product journeys and translate product designs into detailed functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with product owners, designers, engineering teams, product managers, and scrum masters to facilitate communication and support high-quality feature development. Maintain knowledge-management standards and documentation while working in an agile environment and applying modern product-analysis techniques, including AI tooling.

Designs and develops cloud-native full-stack applications using Node.js, Koa.js, React, and TypeScript. Builds agentic AI modules with Python and MCP architectures, develops reusable accessible UI components, maintains automated testing, resolves production issues, participates in architecture and technical design, improves performance and CI/CD systems, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors engineers.
