Respond to calls, comments, and direct messages; resolve order, billing, shipping, refund, exchange, and product issues; manage escalations and de-escalate complaints. Maintain accurate customer records, moderate online content, communicate promotions, document feedback and recurring issues, meet contact-center metrics, support peers, and provide reporting and process-improvement insights.

Leads omni-channel shopper marketing, retail media, merchandising, influencer, and promotional programs across major national retail accounts. Partners with sales teams on joint business planning, line reviews, budgets exceeding $1 million, and trade ROI optimization. Advises on digital advertising, content optimization, retailer media tactics, and influencer campaigns. Manages agencies and vendors, supports product launches, and mentors retail marketing team members.

Own performance marketing across Meta and direct-buy networks. Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns; test and scale direct-buy partnerships; develop creative; maintain tracking (pixel/S2S, macros); analyze ROAS/CAC and report insights; negotiate with network partners; collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Partnerships teams to grow acquisition channels.
