Develop and execute integrated investor marketing strategies for a private credit asset manager. The role creates product messaging, sales enablement content, campaigns, events, and investor engagement programs; manages marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives; and partners with senior investment, fundraising, sales, and leadership stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth.

Maintains e-learning content throughout project lifecycles, researches new technologies, resolves technical issues, coordinates vendors, and measures adoption. The role partners with sponsors and stakeholders to address resistance, improve adoption, and ensure successful implementation.

Leads strategic and cross-functional initiatives for the Investor Partners Group COO Team. Responsibilities include annual planning, budgeting, resource planning, governance, financial metrics, process improvement, AI-enabled solutions, executive recommendations, stakeholder alignment, and oversight of junior staff. The role requires strong project management, financial services or asset management experience, executive communication, analytical judgment, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.

Provides in-house legal support focused on commercial contract review, negotiation, lifecycle management, execution and renewals. Manages contract and entity databases, reporting processes, legal documentation, compliance tasks and special projects. Requires a JD, at least two years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, contract-management expertise, attention to detail, confidentiality, process improvement ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage and Visio.

Lead end-to-end change management initiatives, developing change strategies, communication plans, training materials, and adoption measurement. Partner with stakeholders and business leads to execute technology and process implementations, resolve user issues, maintain project deliverables, analyze change data, and build organizational support. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, independent execution, and the ability to apply change management practices in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Supports enterprise operational risk management, with primary responsibility for internal control testing and risk assurance. Performs control effectiveness testing, identifies and assesses operational risks, develops risk reporting for senior management, tracks issues, validates risk evaluations, and recommends control improvements. The role also supports risk mitigation programs, stakeholder relationships, committees, and continuous enhancement of the firm's operational risk framework.

Manage and enhance the firms compliance program focusing on AML/KYC, regulatory filings (e.g., Form ADV, Form PF), compliance controls, monitoring and testing, advertising reviews, investigations, and special projects. Provide guidance to senior management, assess control effectiveness, update policies for regulatory changes, and support exam preparedness while collaborating across Legal & Compliance.

Lead accounting and reporting for multiple private investment funds, ensure US GAAP compliance, support fund launches, manage NAV/NAV administrators, prepare financial statements and investor reporting, drive process improvements, and coordinate capital calls, distributions, audits and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Lead and advance Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs, oversee vendor lifecycle and automation, deliver risk reporting and training, identify and mitigate operational risks, and drive cross-functional adoption and continuous improvement across the firm.

Prepare and review SEC reporting (Form 10‑Q/10‑K, 8‑K), quarterly earnings releases and investor communications for public and private BDCs. Maintain general ledgers, support audits, forecast fund performance, manage investor capital accounts, interpret US GAAP, and drive process automation and controllership across fund accounting operations.

Lead accounting and reporting for one or more investment funds, maintain general ledger, prepare partner capital schedules and incentive fee calculations, support investor reporting and quarterly statements, coordinate capital calls/distributions, assist external audits and financial statement preparation, produce fund and management reporting, and support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Lead firmwide AI-native business transformation by partnering with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, operating models and decision processes using modern AI (agents, RAG, context layers). Develop roadmaps, business cases, reusable patterns, governance-aligned solutions, and adoption strategies while coordinating AI engineering, data, and change-management teams to deliver measurable value and secure, compliant enterprise AI deployments.
