Lead development of scalable search-platform software focused on product-catalog relevance. Design lexical and semantic retrieval, hybrid ranking, reranking, and learning-to-rank systems; evaluate quality through offline metrics and online experiments. Partner with Data Science, Product, Analytics, and Architecture teams on embeddings, relevance measurement, and technical solutions. Maintain production systems, resolve issues, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous delivery and engineering best practices.

Develop applications, mentor engineers, lead technical projects, ensure high-quality software delivery, and maintain production systems while collaborating with stakeholders.

Engineer, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop platforms (macOS, Windows, mobile, Zebra) using Intune, Jamf, Ivanti, and VDI (Windows 365, Nutanix). Build automation and configuration-as-code with PowerShell, Bash/Python, and GitHub Actions. Maintain security baselines, CMDB alignment, asset lifecycle, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, identity, operations, and vendors.
