Coming from the world of startups, Dahlia has been part of #TeamGrainger for 2 years. Ryan joined Grainger 26 years ago because of the company’s tuition assistance program but shares, “I've stayed because of the people, culture, and opportunities for growth and development; my tenure really is a testament for the opportunities Grainger provides.” Ryan leads a team of software engineers who are responsible for development of Grainger's KeepStock Devices Platform. Ryan said, “After all these years I still find myself learning and finding new challenges to tackle in my role. I appreciate working with a talented team of engineers who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. I also appreciate the opportunity to work on complex problems that require innovative thinking and collaboration."
