Ryan joined Grainger 26 years ago because of the company’s tuition assistance program but shares, “I've stayed because of the people, culture, and opportunities for growth and development; my tenure really is a testament for the opportunities Grainger provides.” Ryan leads a team of software engineers who are responsible for development of Grainger's KeepStock Devices Platform. Ryan said, “After all these years I still find myself learning and finding new challenges to tackle in my role.
